Powder Bath & Secret Storage Room
Powder Bathroom - We love this unique design in this bathroom. Yes, we kept up with mixing the metals in this space as well. The space for the sink, was a bit small and perfect for this pedestal sink. We bought it from Home Depot. We had the carpenter install the trim here, hiding the secret storage space well. Paint colors are Sherwin Williams Alabaster & Behr Black Limousine (MQ5-05). Same black that matches the front door. Mirror fits well over the sink with a thin gold trim and paired with a modern farmhouse light above. We installed easy towel hooks for the hand towels. Vase handmade by my husband, faux stems from Target -similar found here. Toilet (not pictured) is Toto brand, and here. Toilet paper holder (not pictured) here.
Secret Storage Room - We wanted to use the space under the stairs and having this secret storage room was the right way at the time. It is air conditioned, which is great due to holding extra food of supplies so nothing spoils. Light is controlled with a light switch on the inside of the room. Storage room is shaped like an L shape, and goes much further back. We store extra food, decorating items, extra blankets here, here, here for visitors, our projector -similar found here (my son owns this one and loves it) and projector screen, emergency backpacks and emergency food. We also store extra pillows, Wire Shelves, Christmas Wreath with plaid ribbon. Wreaths hung on command hook.

Make sure to get the mounting kit and Facebook portal so you can facetime family and friends and cast onto your TV. Fireplace installed with framing of home.
Modern Farmhouse Kitchen
This was such a fun area to design. We chose grey cabinets, with a soft close, to go all the way to the ceiling with gold hardware on the cabinets that we handpicked out. As you can see we mixed metals colors in this home and it blended so well. The dual range by Cafe is so beautiful, silver with pops of gold. It was a dream to cook and use everyday. We fell in love with our farmhouse island pendants and love the gold accents. Our large kitchen island was perfect for hosting, holding 6 barstools. Cutting boards thrifted and an inheritance from my Mother.
White Farmhouse kitchen sink is amazing at holding so many dishes and a breeze to load into the dishwasher by Cafe that matched our range and hood so well. We had a double pull out kitchen garbage installed and a beverage cabinet installed. All cabinets with soft close, which was a breeze to use. The refrigerator is Monogram GE has custom cabinets covering it and enclosing it to fit snug into our cabinetry.
QC Home Tour
We moved to Queen Creek (QC) during the pandemic. We built a semi-custom home in a small neighborhood called Pecan Lake. It was a developing area just on the edge of the town. We saw our town double in size while we lived there our 4 short years. Designing the home was enjoyable to hand select the light fixture, hardware, light placement, flooring, window selections, and to paint colors. Designing and installing our own backyard and side yards, we also designed our front landscaping, hand picking our greenery. We completed several DIY projects to complete the look in this home.
Front -We designed our home every step of the way from designing our landscaping, to how the driveway would look, to paint colors and the layout of our home. Colors are Alabaster & Gauntlet Grey with black accent colors. We added security cameras, black rain gutters, additional outlets to hang Christmas lights, and added more wood chips for a luxe look.
Entryway- right when you open the door, this is your view. This is an open floor plan with a large family room and stairs to the upstairs right away. Perfect for hanging greenery for the holiday seasons. We installed a magnetic door holder on the front door and loved the natural light coming into from our large oversized windows.
We loved our Extremely tall ceilings capturing open viewed windows. We love our real wood doors, quality door handles & iron staircase. Our flooring is the new laminate wood flooring which held up amazing with our 5 children + dog and many visitors. We love the two-toned paint colors. Paint colors are by Sherwin Williams Alabaster & Mindful Grey. Front Door paint is Behr Black Limousine (MQ5-05). 4 picture frames thrifted, but originally from Restoration Hardware.
